Hereditary Marks is a dungeon crawler where you control different family heirs with a macabre history. To gain access to the family inheritance, you must clear the evil sigils from the 7 floors of the tower and face the entity summoned on the last floor.

Hereditary Marks was made with great care not to overload your browser, but if you are still encountering slowness or freezing issues, I recommend you download the PC version which is usually more stable.

Unlike other games, the spells in Hereditary Marks are not ready-made! To get past the enemies of the Bourgeois family tower, you must combine different magic components, with several possible combinations!

This project, except for the audio files (listed below), was exclusively developed by me, CCadori, during the period of one week, as a submission for two jams, Godot Wild Jam and Brackeys Jam.
